Adding buy/sell tags to Shops
It would be nice to have an option to buy or sell resources that belong to a certain tag, like buying "rock tag" buys all kind of rocks. Would help to improve shop accessability.

Mechanical energy into electrical energy
A magnetic coil that can convert mechanical energy into electrical energy would be cool. This means you can continue to use old wind and water wheels to generate energy. Above all, hydropower is missing from the electrical energy that is possible from the mechanical energy with water wheels.

New findings!!
Hello again everyone!! Its the same old pall loads of ideas ahaha. So I noticed I dig a lote. And I reminded that we need art and so, to grow our land influence. Why not add to the game findings? Like dinosaurs bones, ancient ceramics, precious stones. So with that we could have an museum in our town. :) what all of you think about this?

MAILBOX/offline messages
give us the ability to send and receive mail offline. have it be a feature only possible when you craft a mailbox so folks can leave mail for you if they need something or are trying to communicate when schedules dont line up.

Maintenance Cost for buildings
In order to keep professions like Carpenter and Mason more relevant it the late game, I suggest adding a maintenance cost for your owned buildings based on the size and the materials used. If you have a small house made with all lumber, then your maintenance cost will only be a small amount of lumber. If your structure is large and made with hewn logs and stone, then your maintenance cost will be higher and cost both items. This could also be applied to crafting benches and decorations within your structure. Appliances and furniture break and they need to be repaired sometimes.

Clothing durability
Give clothing durability, similar to how food decays atm. It would give tailor more of a permanent role. Since now it suffers from building every type of clothing once and never doing it again unless new people join in. It should keep the need for cotton etc up, stimulating the economy

Selling power/electricity
I think it would be a good addition to a feature where you would be able to sell electricity/power. So players would be able to build a power station of sorts, which could tie in nicely with the settlements.

When choosing a town, show professions in that town
When I'm joining a new server and picking a town, I do try to see what professions they already have to see if they're looking for a new Carpentry or such. Would be nice if when choosing a town it would tell you which profession the citizens already have.

Reason for clothes
Make tailoring more worthwhile by giving bonuses to skills when certain clothes are used. Also make clothes degradable needing a tailor to repair them. The tailor needs to feel more appreciated.
