Currently the exhaustion reset time is set to the new ECO day. But depending on server outages and server startup times, this may be in a wholly inappropriate time.

Since on exhaustion servers, the exhaustion reset time quickly becomes the busiest time of the day, with everyone playing at the same time -a nice side effect-, it is critical to be able to control when it happens.

Please make it a server setting instead of tying it to the new ECO day.
