Players should be able to leave the citizenship of a town or country freely, without needing to access the Foundation.

Being part of a town or country can sometimes hinder a player’s progress. For example, if a player replaces their homestead with a town stake and wants to create a new deed outside the town or country’s influence, they cannot do so while holding citizenship.

Currently, players need to return to the Foundation to renounce their citizenship. However, access to the Foundation can sometimes be locked, restricted, or placed behind a locked door, preventing players from progressing until the mayor unlocks access.
