Logger/Miner Skill Rework

Rename the current Miner & Logger skills to something like Stone Mason & Basic Carpenter while keeping the crafting aspects of the classes.
Then add Miner and Logger under the survivalist specialties as an everyone gets and improves over time. Logging skill will be increased with Tree chopping/stump removal. Mining will be increased with Breaking rocks/ores. Increase the overall amount each skill will take to max out but keeping the perks that Miner & Logger currently have.
This will give more of a global achievement for players to be top logger and miner. Global stats of how many Tree's Chomped and Stumps removed can be tracked along with how many rocks/ore's broken.

Yeah considering Mining Rocks, Chopping Trees, and Scooping Sand/Dirt/Clay is like 99% of the game. It makes no sense that's it's locked behind some skills.

So basically split the crafting and tool part of the specialties away, and having just the Axe and Pickaxe tools as separated free skills under survivalist, which level as we play and use then. Sounds fair for me, considering how many rocks and trees we end cutting around just on our daily tasks and helping around the town for community projects.
Like last server i played, i was a chef and 90% of the time i just queued food and then spent time helping around the town, but since i didn't had any tool skill, it was always a pain to do so. So for people like me, that universal bonus would had been a great help.

Lucifer: that is correct it would help the specialties that just que up items and then dont have anything else to do.
