The title says it all. I think it'd be nice to be able to input a negative cost for something you sell (the obvious example being taillings or broken parts/tools) so that if someone takes it and make it his problem you give them a little something.

It would allow me to play as the city garbage manager and collect everyone's trash every now and then to burry them.
