While the current ability to give someone access to a property or make them a resident is a good start, we would really like to be able to make someone effectively a co-owner.

If two people are working closely together, to the point where they are consolidating their claim papers and sharing all their work, it is frustrating to have one person continually getting their screen flashing red whenever they go to modify the building place/pickup things, etc warning them that they're not an owner, despite effectively being one. We should be able to just add someone's name to our deed so that they can do things like claim additional tiles, etc. Once this is possible, one should then be able to set one's personal default permissions to match that.

For instance, when putting down a vehicle, it would then default to the combined ownership instead of individual. That way we don't have to keep going into permissions to re-allow the other person every time we pick up or place a vehicle...
