Let people give reputation to cultural buildings to generate culture.
More culture would be generated from tourists than residents.
It will help reward really nice collaborative constructions and push players to build nice monuments.

Dennis Scholz Historical building s? Once you place a "sign" and you vote on the sign you can't remove blocks from the plot except natural things like dirt,clay,stones,ore ECT.
