Before ECO 11 I could use the Electrical Wall Lamp outside. This was nice to have it placed next to the entry door of a building. But know this lamp has to be inside a room. Same thing with the Steel Ceiling Lamp which I used in road tunnels.

Either the restriction to use these lamps in rooms only should be removed or some more lamp types added for exterior use.
